My youngest sister Betsy just had her second baby. Zoe Gabriella was born about 20 minutes ago, weighed 8 pounds 6 ounces and was 21 inches long. She has lots of light hair. Sounds like she looks like her mom and her grandma.

Today is my three dozenth birthday. Insert lots of jolly, cheery phrases here. Last night we went to Red Robin with my dad and stepmom (I had a blackened chicken caesar salad, it was tasty!). Tonight we're going to have make-it-yourself pitas, and tomorrow we just may slip out to Brix for another Kobe Beef hamburger. Mmmm, hamburger.

Today I had a cow-orker create a chamfered rectangle in 3DS Max (it's extremely simple, the chamfered box is a primitive object with its own button) and save it as a .obj file.
I wrote some code to import the format and display that instead of the simple cube that I hand-coded to get started. Anyway, the new object looks awesome—way better than the perfectly square edges of the old model. Enough chatting, see for yourself:
