I blew past my 7th blogiversary last Thursday. No celebratory post, no nothing. Seven years of blogging. So little to say, so few to listen…
First, go see this picture. Notice the CompUSA in the background. I wonder why they're not around any more…
JM, a loyal cow-orker of mine, sent me a link to this story about a guy that plays 36 World of Warcraft characters—simultaneously.
Not only is this an astonishingly large waste of talent, but the time and money! Not to mention I'm sure this guy has no woman in his life…
Tomorrow is my 5th Blogiversary! Yes, I've managed to keep blogging, although not always daily, for five years now.
I have, however, kept an average posts per day of 1.39. In the 1,825 days since I started, I have posted 2,546 times.
For some reason, I thought this was yesterday, but upon consultation of my calendar, I find it is tomorrow instead.
A few years ago, it was really important to our sales department to put a .00 at the end of prices on one of our websites, despite the fact that all amounts were round numbers. Today it was really important to not have a .00 at the end of every price.
As if being a Star Trek nerd isn't enough. The nerds at New Voyages ("Bringing the original series to the next phase") are creating new ST episodes. They even have some of the original actors.
At least I'm comfortable in my middle-of-the-road nerdiness.

Physically, Canada is similar in appearance to the Moon as it is heavily cratered. It has no natural satellites and no substantial atmosphere.
Heh, no substantial atmosphere.
In case you didn't get enough of it in school, here's a cute knitted frog being dissected. You can even buy one. Creepy.
If this guy hasn't used them all up yet.
Scary!
Some guy made a bluetooth-enabled TRS-80. What will they think of next??
Here's a link to a cellular phone that won't ever fit in your pocket—though it does have the Bat-phone cool factor.

Go see how to make a giant matchstick, if you have that much spare time…
If you know me, you know I have a lot of hobbies. One hobby I'm glad I don't have is making giant Darth Vader balloons to fly around in.
Oh, wait. Maybe I just don't have the disposable income some people have…
Did you know you can get your Wii Mii made into a real 3D sculpture? Also works for Second Life and SketchUp.
And you thought you had everything…
