I spent the morning in Spokane at the CRM 4 launch event, put on by Automated Options. I’ve been using CRM since version 1.2, and have to say they’re headed in the right direction. I still have a few gripes about it, but overall I have to say it’s been good.
And since I wasn’t too far away from where Jared works, I took him out to lunch. We had KFC.
