My office is mostly surrounded by Ponderosa Pine trees. Before they started building the new Federal Courthouse next door, it was like working in a park. Now it's like working in a construction zone.

That yellow vase took a tumble down to the floor one day (my wife shuts the front door real hard, which is just under this window, and the vases slowly wander toward the ledge). It fell about 12 feet onto a hardwood floor and bounced.

Extra Credit Funny Part: The t-shirt says I don't know jack and has a picture of a phone jack. The president of the board of directors of the company I work for is named—wait for it—yup, Jack.

LibraryThing just announced the addition of Powell's to their neighborhood bookstore program.
I am in book heaven now.
What better way to get a leg up on the world than to sell cat feces to foreigners for over $100 per pound.
What scares me more is that people actually buy and drink this sh!t crap stuff.
