Afternoon watch, 8 bells (4:05 pm)
Somehow last weekend we got Desert Punk volume 3. According to Amazon (and Funimation’s website), it’s not out until the 23rd. We purchased it at BestBuy last Saturday. Hmmm.
Forenoon watch, 3 bells (9:39 am)
This was printed in Make magazine #6. All you need is a larger and a smaller ziplock bag and a hankering for some homemade ice cream.
Inner bag:
1 cup cream
1/3 cup whole milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
optional ingredients (chocolate chips, nuts, fruit, etc)
Outer bag:
2 1/2 pounds of ice
1 1/2 pounds of salt
Put inner bag inside outer bag and shake it up real good until inner bag contents are frozen. Enjoy
