Today our new computers came in from Dell. SH asked me a few weeks ago next time I order machines to let him know because he wanted to buy an LCD monitor for home. We don't usually purchase monitors, and since they are typically cheaper if purchased with a system, I told him "Sure, no problem". Well, last week when I needed to purchase two new computers, I remembered to ask and found out they were on sale. It only cost us $75 to add a 19" LCD monitor to each computer. So I ordered both of them with LCDs, one for myself. SH is feeling a little guilty about getting such a good deal, as am I. For our company, we would have bought them at the drop of a hat, but I wouldn't have even thought to ask had SH not talked to me about it, so we'd have missed the opportunity anyway. I'm thinking about donating my used 19" CRT on top of paying the difference to make people feel better.
