Back on Track
Forenoon watch, 3 bells (9:35 am)

These past two weeks (excluding my little jaunt to Kentucky) have seen MP and I get back in to weightlifting and racquetball. Sometimes JM comes in to play cutthroat with us, too. We migrated from just doing bench presses and upper-body stuff to going around the full circuit of (extremely old) Nautilus machines, then down to the court for some racquetball.

Today, I am two pounds under my lowest weight in 6 years. I feel pretty darn good about that.
