Here's a good reason why UPS sucks:
Okay, seven business days just made it, if you don't count the day you sent it. How do you confuse Coeur d'Alene, Idaho with Sparks, Nevada???
I highlighted the jackassiest parts. What it tells me is, basically, that my package sat around in Sparks for 17 hours before someone realized "Hey, this doesn't go here".
So here's what brown can do for me: don't expect return business. I'll find someone else that doesn't use brown to ship stuff.
Aren't there other things that are brown that stink?
