Morning watch, 6 bells (7:12 am)

MP and I finally hit 4 sets of 15 reps of our current weight (150) yesterday. I think we'll do it one more time, then add weight again. After weightlifing, we played more racquetball, but since last Friday, my left foot has been hurting, so I went easy on it. MP and I played almost a whole game, dogging eachother as usual pointwise, until DD showed up and asked if we'd play him after our game. We just invited him to join us on the spot for cutthroat, since that's what we were looking for in the first place. We played 2 more games (I didn't win any because I was going easy on my foot, but I'm quite sure I would have otherwise).
